1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jl3club online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available at jl3club.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. These Terms apply to all users — registered account holders and casual visitors alike.

By registering an account on jl3club, you affirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jl3club.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jl3club, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online casino gaming. There are no exceptions to this age requirement.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing jl3club from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legal and not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where the provision or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You have not been previously excluded from jl3club or any PAGCOR-regulated platform through a self-exclusion program or regulatory action.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jl3club or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

3 Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of jl3club services — including making deposits, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one registered jl3club account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If jl3club identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be cancelled in full.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

jl3club is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot showing GCash or Maya account name matching your registered name).

jl3club reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time during your account lifetime, including for enhanced due diligence on large transactions as required under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jl3club will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jl3club support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jl3club wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jl3club supports the following deposit methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. jl3club does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own service fees — please verify with your provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms, which may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount to the originating payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. jl3club targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, but reserves the right to extend processing times for additional verification where required by PAGCOR compliance procedures or applicable law.

jl3club reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation. In such cases, jl3club will notify you and provide an opportunity to submit clarifying documentation.

4.3 Player Fund Protection

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements, player funds deposited to jl3club are held in segregated accounts separate from the company's operational funds. This means that player balances are protected and cannot be used to meet jl3club's operational expenses. This segregation does not, however, constitute a guarantee of repayment in the event of insolvency — players are advised to withdraw winnings promptly rather than maintaining large uninvested balances.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jl3club offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and eligible games. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer on the jl3club platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal request can be made in respect of those funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• jl3club reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional offer, or to refuse to credit a bonus, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between players or accounts.
• Free spins and free bet credits carry cash values as specified in individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jl3club employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing bets that hedge across outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinating with other players to abuse referral programs; and exploiting software errors or glitches to obtain unintended bonus credits. jl3club reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings derived from abusive activity and to permanently close the accounts involved.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl3club platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from participating in online casino gaming in your jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime as defined under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with jl3club employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unintended credits, winnings, or advantages — any such winnings must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward jl3club staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl3club platform — including but not limited to the jl3club name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to jl3club and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl3club platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of jl3club.

Game content available on jl3club — including titles from JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, and other providers — is owned by and licensed from the respective game providers. jl3club does not claim ownership of third-party game content and all intellectual property rights in such content remain with their respective owners.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl3club and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, game providers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jl3club platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the platform, including slot play, live casino bets, sports bets, bingo, and any other wagering activities.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, connectivity issues, or downtime affecting your access to the platform or your ability to place bets.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game information, odds, or pay tables that are corrected after the fact.
• Any action taken by jl3club in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or bonus cancellation.

jl3club provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jl3club makes every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

9 Responsible Gaming

jl3club is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing as a core operational principle. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming mandates, jl3club provides all registered players with access to the following tools and resources directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that appear at regular intervals during active gaming sessions to help you track time spent on the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform by activating a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, your account remains active but you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from jl3club by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

jl3club strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Age verification is conducted during registration and at first withdrawal. We encourage parents and guardians to use appropriate parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

jl3club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. jl3club does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 11 Amendments to These Terms

jl3club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — jl3club will provide notice by email to your registered address or by a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the jl3club platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance before the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates required to maintain compliance with changes in PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law — may be implemented without advance notice.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the jl3club platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jl3club through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team at [email protected]. jl3club commits to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jl3club's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which provides a formal player complaints mechanism for disputes involving PAGCOR-licensed operators. This regulatory escalation pathway is available to all Filipino players and does not prejudice your right to pursue legal remedies through the Philippine court system.
